I really thought I would have dragged myself out of this rut by now, but it just isn't happening. I cannot think of anything interesting to write, at all. Please bear that in mind as you read the rest of this entry.

I am also not in a very good mood today because I left my wallet at home and will therefore have nothing to eat until about 5 tonight, and all I've had so far is a blueberry muffin this morning. Anybody like to lend me a fiver?

Have I ever gone on at length here about how much I hate the establishment in general, but the monarchy in particular? If not, rest assured that I do. (I know it's a cliche, and hereby request that you bite me). I would like to say that I find the constant press coverage of Paul Burrel's every move irritating and boring in the extreme. I hope there's at least one other person in the country who really doesn't give a flying fuck about him or any of them, and won't be even slightly interested in reading his bloody book when he finally decides he's got the highest offer going and sells it. I hope Saddam blows us all to shit before it has a chance to hit the bestseller list. He's still there, you know! Everybody's still bombing everybody else or planning to do so! Jesus.

I know, I know, 'But they bring in the tourists!' is always the cry. Well, all I can say is, if the Americans or the Japanese or anybody else wants them, they can bloody well have them and welcome.

Oh, and Winona Ryder can steal entire shopfulls of designer clothes too, I don't care about that either. Hollywood stars are insane anyway, aren't they? I thought it was a requirement.
